Unfortunately, once your order has been placed, it is difficult to change or cancel the production process. This is because we start working on your order immediately after it’s placed: we gather the necessary materials, programme the production details, and reserve a slot in our production schedule. This allows us to guarantee the delivery time.
If you do wish to make a change or have any doubts about any part of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Although changes are usually no longer possible once production has started, we are happy to explore what options might still be available.
