During busy periods — such as around public holidays, the summer holiday season, or due to unforeseen circumstances — delivery may take longer than usual. If this is the case, we will inform you in good time, either when you place your order or during the production process.
The production of your custom-made furniture will only begin once we have received full payment. The delivery timeline is calculated from the moment we receive your payment. This ensures a transparent and smooth order process, so you’ll always know what to expect.
