We provide a warranty covering all defects resulting from manufacturing or delivery errors, provided these are reported to us within 8 working days of receipt. Please note that damage caused by everyday use—such as bumps, scratches, or normal wear and tear—is not covered under this warranty.

Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not apply to:
- Products exposed to force majeure, misuse, excessive load, insufficient maintenance, improper storage, or incorrect installation
- Installation errors caused by an external installer
- Measurement or planning errors made by the customer or a third party
The warranty solely covers the repair or replacement of the defective part or product.
No compensation will be provided for:
- Loss of income or business interruption
- Time loss
- Any other indirect or consequential damages
