Repair or replacement panels are given priority and will be delivered as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience to you.
Please note: If you have any doubts about the condition of your order, always wait to unpack and/or install it until the issue has been assessed and resolved.
Conditions for requesting repair or replacement:
- The damaged items must not have been installed.
- The damage must be reported within 8 working days of receipt.
- Take clear photos of the damage as well as the labels or stickers on the affected panels.
