Panels
All our orders are unique and custom-made specifically for your (furniture) project. Since we do not keep stock items, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns on bespoke products. To help you make the right colour choice beforehand, we offer samples. We are always available to advise you before you place your order, so you can choose with confidence.
Handles
For mounting the handles, we pre-drill or rout the fixing holes in the panels. This means the panels are made specifically and uniquely for your order and, unfortunately, cannot be returned.
Handles themselves can be exchanged, provided they meet our return conditions, but panels with pre-drilled holes cannot be taken back.
Handles and tip-ons purchased through MODIY can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, under the following conditions:
- The items must not have been used or installed.
- They must be in perfect condition (e.g., no scratches or damage).
- They must be returned in their original packaging.
